SUMMARY:🔥 Mastering Anger: Helping Toddlers Cope with Aggression (Part I
 :ages 2-7)
DESCRIPTION:Anger is a natural part of early emotional life and small kids
enjoy it very much! But it's a strong feeling that can get out of control
and become very frightening. In this class\, we are going to understand ag
gression as a developmental stage and a defense mechanism (displacement).
We 'll learn together that anger should be allowed and how fear of anger c
omplicates the child's emotional development. The parents' struggles with
their own aggression plays a critical role here.\nWe'll also explore how
to tame aggression and what you can do when your child hits you by offerin
g acceptable\, healthy outlets for angry feelings\, and helping children p
ut these strong emotions into words. Anger\, when understood\, becomes a t
ool for self-defense and self-assertion — not destruction. By supporting
toddlers through these big emotions\, we foster emotional regulation\, re
 silience\, and trust.
